Menudo...
I purposefully ate menudo for the first time today... It was quite disturbing... For those of you who are like me, some white guy, you would not know what menudo is. If so, try to keep it that way.

Just for the record, menudo is so nasty ***I*** won't even eat it ... and there isn't much Mexican food I don't love.
