Allen graduates!!!

Just got a picture from Mom of Allen. Her and Bob went to his graduation from bootcamp in Georgia. Pretty soon he will be on his way to airborne training. He will be coming home for a couple of weeks pretty soon too, and has already planned several days of physical exertion competitions with me. (Pretty sure Frank, after all his bike riding, can keep up with him more than Married Me...)

Trail of 100 Giants

Today Tim, Andrea, Christy, and I went on a drive to the Trail of a hundred Giants in the Sequoia National Forest. I think we were all quite impressed. Amazing scenery and a bunch of really, really, big trees. If you haven't been: GO!

Nine Mile Canyon?

I think I went on a short hike in Nine Mile Canyon today. I say "I think", because I'm not sure that that is what the place is called. However, it was a great little hike that I did after work. I have been craving a hike for so long that I decided to just do it. Here are some pictures:

Exciting News!!!!!

Wow! Two pieces of incredibly exciting news! First...drumroll please...we are officially going to Norway this August for two weeks!!!!! Though I'm starting to get a little nervous since I don't know the language too well yet. We have something like a 20 hour layover in London, so we get to see all those sites, and then we are also hoping to go to Sweden for Glenn's cousin's wedding. Awesome! The second piece of incredibly exciting news is that in less than a month, we will be living in a house, our house (for six months). We are "house sitting" a house of some friends in the ward while they move to Phoenix for six months. Who knows where we will go from there, but it will be great to have room for all of our stuff, and save some money as well. The not-so-exciting news, but still news is that I start training for my new job this week working with the boys and girls club. That means 10 hours of work every day since it is my last week of work for my previous job. By the way, I apologize if I have any spelling errors is this. Everything looks funny now after studying so much Norwegian...
