Our Anniversary
We've been married for a year! We were able to celebrate by a picnic where we took our engagement pictures, preceded by a treasure hunt that Glenn sent me on. I was sent to different spots where we have memories, and given a rose and a clue. It was really sweet. Then Glenn got to take apart my car (more on that later) only hours later to put it back together again because we had the wrong part. For some reason, there are two different types of distributors for a '96 Ford Probe. Why? We just don't know... We had to say goodbye to Taneekqua, my '79 mustang, last month (may she R.I.P.). So now, I'm driving Bob's probe. Sadly, she's been giving us more pain than Taneekqua. Randomly, she'll decide she doesn't want to start, and that's always when I need to be somewhere quick. After doing all we (or should I say Glenn, since he's done all the work) could do, we took it be tested for smog, it didn't pass because the check engine light was on, and paid some place an outrageously large sum of money to tell us what was wrong. In other news, I should find out any day my placement for student teaching. I hate waiting....
