Today has been the
Norwegian Constitution Day. We decided it deserved more attention than it had gotten over the last few years and, luckily, it fell on a Saturday this year. We invited a few friends to come to the
St. Anthony sand dunes to barbeque and have some fun. When we arrived and were getting the food ready, we realized that no one had brought matches! We rubbed sticks together (with some close results) and used the car lighters but did not achieve any flame until about two hours later, when someone went to a nearby camp and borrowed a lighter. Anyway, we ate, played, and had fun. It was a decent little 17 Mai celebration.
